Please could you pass on my thanks your Technician Lee Bircham for all the hard work he has put in this week completing the six monthly TMVs. He has taken an extremely professional outlook on how to complete the TMV service on our contract (Bristol V4s) which are in themselves challenging please could you acknowledge the following points that I observed whilst spending all week with your operative; Punctual, smart appearance, extensive knowledge of the tasks being carried out and willing to answer questions when challenged, polite to the tenants on site, willing to accommodate our business needs, going the extra mile discussing subjects that are not relevant to the tasks being carried out.

Once again you have managed to help pull an almost impossible task to completion, appreciate all the help and support and was great to have Wayne here to steady the ship. Thanks for all the help and support and look forward to reaching out to you again.

As you would be aware the Chemical Descale work was completed successfully on the 3rd and 4th June . The engineers Dave Skuse and Ben Williams who done the work were friendly and very professional. They showed and explained every step of the chemical descale process which was very educational as it was the first time seeing this type of work done on site. They are great assets to your company.

Just wanted to give some feedback to you on a site visit I did yesterday with one your guys, Keith, at 1 Morningside. I was really impressed with Keith throughout, a really nice chap who was very open and easy to have a nice conversation with. He answered all of my questions very competently and clearly was very knowledgeable inregards to his tasks, the risks associated and methods required to be followed. Keith was very positive of Concept as a business as well as your management style. Keith was a real champion of you guys and clearly a credit to you. It was a really enjoyable visit and a refreshing change to some others I have completed recently. Thanks for all you and your team are doing, it all seems very positive at the moment.

First of all I would like to thank you and your team for the support, advice and actions on site, during the Pandemic period. Your assistance with the flushing and sampling program has enabled us to keep a Compliant estate and any anomalies in the results, as always, were quickly identified and dealt with.

This email is just to say thank you for all your hard work and support that you always provide. This particular job (Harrods Health & Beauty Store, Edinburgh) has been a very challenging project and it would have been easy for you to make things more difficult. Thankfully (even though it must have caused you more stress) you have managed to reprogramme/shuffle other works to accommodate the delays and still give a high level of service. Gareth has borne the brunt of the site issues but when liaising with my client, the clients consultant and the landlords team, he has been polite, professional and knowledgeable. I’m grateful for the time, effort and professional service that you and your team always seem to provide and look forward to working together for many more years in the future.
